The consumption of certain foods, maintaining the cleanliness of intimate organs, and avoiding risky sexual activity can be powerful ways to prevent disorders of the female reproductive system.

In order to care for and maintain the female reproductive organs, the first thing that must be done is to know the parts. Eating foods with olive oil can actually avoid the risk of PCOS, a disorder that can make it difficult for a woman to get pregnant. Polycystic ovary syndrome or (PCOS) is a hormone disorder that can affect women of childbearing age.
